• Be responsible for entries to the Accounting system after they have been properly authorized and approved,
• Prepare payment vouchers in accordance with approved authorizations received
• Contact responsible officers to obtain clarifications on expenditures
• Reconcile periodic statements
• Make disbursement from petty cash funds in accordance with rules and procedures
• Assist Program Leader and colleagues in the justification of travel expenses to the Accounts Department
• Assist in the filling of statutory returns such as PAYE, SSF, VAT and VRPO
• Ensure all filling is done in a timely and accurate manner
• Undertake any other duty that may be assigned by the supervisor
